anime break tv receptor !1!!

this is a currently ongoing review series covering roxy radclyffes plunderphonics project "anime break tv receptor", so that you can scroll thru and find out what these releases sound like without bandcamp jumpscaring u with their mandatory max volume lol

I: Tane no seimei atarashī mezame

less than 8kb nightcore mix, intro makes it seem like its gonna be a lot harsher than it is, has some good moments, last track is another mix but its like super super sped up, its ok, ive been scared to start listening cause i knew this album in particular wasnt gonna be very good, and there are a lot of similar releases afaik, thats gonna be fun 5/10

II: Erizabesu to tsunagaru, kanojo wa kuru

starts off similar to the last one but it becomes rlly nice ambient music, and then theres a noise track at the end similar to the last one, its ok, but some of this was rlly nice so i enjoyed more of this than the last project, although i felt sick towards the end 6/10

III: Jidaiokure no sutairu no kurosuōbā renzoku-ta

this one is different!! I saw the first 3 covers and thought they were all gonna b the same shit, this 1 is diff, i just started it, its rlly good, this is neon asf. its still nightcore, but its good nightcore, rlly good, i could listen to this loop forever ngl. it seem s to be changing, and its rlly good... 21 minutes in... its peak, this is REALLY REALLy amazing, i love it, i could listen to a 4/4 kick pattern for the rest of my life till the day i die and never get sick of it,this is so pretty, it sounds like ur an anime bittch in some glittery nightclub off a dozen substances, this is heavenly, it makes me wanna get up and dance!!!!!!! i wish this could last foreverrr. sometimes iwish iwas fictional..... second track playing rn, its an ambient thing i think, so far its ok, not nearly as good.. but sometimes these take time to get good so i should b patient.. yeah its pretty good, but damn that first song is peak, yall should go listen to it, 9/10

IV: Burisufuruhappīaizuau~ei

kind of a continuation of the last track, although this seems like it might be more sound collage than nightcore, very dense, very pretty, v ethereal, stimulating, its a nice album, ending is rlly good too 8/10

V: Shōtotsu wa wakai josei o haishi shimasu

this 1 is bad, i think its like,1 bit nightcore? atleast one of the samples is 1 bit, i heard the tokyo ghoul theme song at one point, 2/10

VI: Otoko wa misute rarerudeshou. Kanojo no toki ga watashi ni oritekuru

boring 1/10

VII: Shinji rarenai hodo no don'yokuna niji no shita (Hoka no josei ni nomi au)

this is almost the same thing as the last album, but the first track randomly turns into a nightcore mix for like 2 min and reuses the sample from3 but slowed down for a bit, at the end it sounds like /f portrait of a star for a solid 10 seconds before the next track starts. second track so far is stuttering, some ambient sample(?) in the background, hentai audio is like randomly being stuttered lol, this is like creeppypastashit lowkey, this track is also like, so much better than the first one lol, have a feeling the next release is going to b exactly like this tho. oooh the second half of track 2 isrlly nice this is rlly good, nvm the segment only lasted like a min lol. after getting absolutely fucked by lasers the album ends with looped ambient moaning, kinda relaxing. 3/10, most of the album was kinda boring tbh

VIII: Nurunuru shita reseputakuru no ruiji-sei

this is a nice little ambient sound collage piece, lots of pool noises, looped moaning, and the ending is amazing, overall a great and solid entry, very hypnagogic, very pretty sounding, 8/10

IX: Kuropputoppubūtīshōtsu yōkoso: Natsufuku o akiraka ni shi, aikō-ka no tame no yume o...

looping sample that gets effects lazily and boringly thrown on it, it was listenable i guess? 5/10

X: Menomaede nuide yume ga ukabiagaru

really nice vaporwave song that gets occasionally interrupted by random nightcore samples, at one point she samples one of the samples from iii again lol 6/10

XI: Tanjun ni watashi ni furikakaru tame ni, sukāto no naka no watashi no koibito...

really pretty vaporwave/sound collage release, i flew a plane in vrc while listening to this and fucking ascended, great album, 8-9/10

XII: New Awaken 新しい目覚め新しいビジュアルノベルゲームプレイカバー OST

nightcore collage, not very memorable, its listenable ig, 5/10

XIII: End 木曜日の夜14月はとても明るくロマンチックに輝いています Night of Thursday 14th Moon Shines so Bright Romantic

really good vaporwave, not much to say lol, its really pretty, there is some layered moaning(i think) but its not very noticeable. 8-9/10

XIV: Atarashī rōrupureingugēmu o daunrōdo suru

this is a really weird one, its like, a bunch of super super low res barely altered rpg music? i think?? its not bad, its very nice, its very pleasant lol, its not a listen that emotionally moved me in some form, but its not something i wouldnt relisten to, 7/10

XV: ダブル・トラブル

reverbed nightcore samples and some moaning gets effects put over it and becomes more distorted over time 3/10

XVI: Anata no tame no sekai-hatsu no muryō etchikonpairu

2 songs, the first is dense chaotic and beautiful sound collage, constant barriage of snippets of audio and sound effects. second is very pretty distorted music and moaning that slowly turns ambient and then into noise 9/10

XVII: U~eitorifutā to kyodai mirukā

similar to 3, but its 20 min, and the kick is much louder and bassier, and after a bit a sample starts looping over the nightcore, then the 4/4 kick stops, and it turns into ambient nightcore type shit and ends 7.5/10

XVIII: Sōzōijō ni shitsu no hikui tekisuto

ambient ocean sound nightcore, has multiple sections, i liked it, it was very good, 8/10

XIX: Sakasama to Shinpuson no yōna

i dont even know how to describe this one, 8.5/10 edit: when i heard this i remembered it being a lot more chaotic than it is, idk wtf i was remembering, this sounds completely different

XX: 私の文字通りの自己化身

very good nightcore release, this one seems to be a straight mix for the most part, 6.5/10

XXI: Bideogēmu no gārufurendo no kurasshuerā

not good nightcore release, boring. 4/10

XXII: Watashitachi wa kanojo ga betsu no kakutō gēmu kara kita to gokai shimashita

wow, 10/10, honestly wasnt expecting to love this one so much but its like, a constant barriage of new sounds and music snippets, much like 19 edit: 19 sounded nothing how i remembered it this is nothing like 19

XXIII: Burōdokyasuto jikan zentai de furagumento o bunkatsu suru

this is a field recordings/nightcore album, at least the first song is field recordings/nightcore, the second song is just field recordings, the first song is really really good, has a lot of cool sounds, the second song is long and drawn out and boring and doesnt have as much to focus on and drags on for awhile. 6/10

XXIV: Kanojo wa nokori no kare kara inochiryoku o shimegoroshita

this is a harsh noise wall, and the first outright HNW release ive listened to, this is really good, you can hear some vague samples in the background that make it very ethereal and pretty, sounds like the cover art, 10/10, i dont rlly have any complaints abt this release it did what it set out to do and it did it amazingly

XXV: Doresshingu no utsukushi-sa

verypretty ambient drone. cover art is incredible. 7/10

XXVI: Taoru nakama to shite no josei

verypretty ambient/field recordings. 7/10

XXVII: Hikari no kogane no ikari

verypretty dense noisy ambient. a bit too long. but the ending is great, and so is the whole soundscape presented here 6.5/10

XXVIII: Dō ka, watashi no shippo o mitsumete kudasai

ambient glitch release that takes awhile to get good, mostly very meh 5.5/10

XXIX: Watashi no chikara no sutansu o toru

humming drone w some samples in the background, its ok i guess, 5.5/10

XXX: Bunkatsu jigen, 3ttsu no esukēpu

XXIX REVERSED WITH FILTERS(LEFT EAR) XXXI SLOWED N REVERSED W FILTERS(RIGHT EAR) 4/10

XXXI: Dentō-tekina bikini no yume

rlly pretty easy listening type thing thats kinda ruined by random unsolicited nightcore samples that dont mesh well at all texturally, 6/10

XXXII: Tokidoki watashi wa midori o yumemiru

this is the last album but slowed down a shitton and reversed, honestly way better, sounds like some of my music, really good the whole way thru, 10/10

XXXIII: Yukkuri to eien ni hipparu

solid ambient release, very pretty, lots of very slow and reversed moaning, there are some pretty beautiful parts too, 8/10

XXXIV: Yokubō subete o shōhi shi, hen'yō suru

the last album at its original speed and not reversed i think? functions more as an extension of the last track, and tbh it would probably work better if it was just part of the last album 8/10

XXXV: Watashitachi wa heibon'na seikatsu kara nogareru koto o yumemite imasu

rlly rlly rlly rlly good slushwave, super dense, sounds like the cover art, 10/10

XXXVI: Banīsūtsu no ruiji-sei

sounds like multiple video game osts of somekind, or like, a soundtrack of somekind? overlayed over each other, and it creates a rlly pretty wall of plucky high pitched guitar strings, and there are some samples that r normal pitch too, i find this release rlly relaxing, and im looking forward to the next few albums in this new series, after the last series of vertical cover art and such, 10/10, this one is a really good time

XXXVII: ブルーチョコレート

this is one ive been excited to hear since i started this, especially since i had already heard its sequel, pinku no hoho, and i loved that album, this album starts off with high pitched talking thats very very hard to make out, and it transitions into one of the best ambient pieces i have ever fucking heard, like, ever, this is amazing, theres smth so ethereal and intruiging abt this album, every element works perfectly w each other, this is fucking peak, and it doesnt have a second track thats a 6/10 to drag it down, this is one song, and so far my favorite thing to ever come out of this project, there was a point while listening to the album that i realized the vocals are from an asmr video of somekind, i could make out her saying "here kitty kitty" and stuff like that, probably from some catgirl mommy asmr of somekind or smth, as theres a catgirl on the cover, and after like 50 min of some of the best ambient ive ever heard, it cuts to some field recordings audio, and it lingers on that for quite awhile, it feels like the end of some hentai, where a bitch gets fucked by 20 different men w huge cocks, and at the end, laying on the bed, covered in cum, used, worn out, but joyous, she looks at the camera, and smiles, and it fades to black. 10/10

XXXVIII: Pinku no hoho

what i said about the hentai ending from the last album, but amplified by 10x, rlly good extension of the last album, also perfect, 10/10

XXXIX: Furendorīna zonbi to petto no neko

this is a p standard(but pretty good) release, the happy birthday melody plays thruout the whole song, and theres a lot of looped sounds and stuff, its pretty fun, 8/10

XL: Sanjigen no chikaradzuyoi me

48 min of ocean sounds, honestly i thought i wasnt gonna like this 1 but this one is actually v pleasant, u can hear some occasional chatting and moaning from whatever ambiguous hentai these ocean sounds were sampled from. 8/10

XLI: 目の色を変える

p sure this is the third or fourth title that uses actual japanese text instead of weird google translate shit, i havent mentioned this yet but a lot of the release titles dont translate properly i was trying to translate them a fe days ago, its an extension of the last release, lowkey better, but still an 8/10 lol

XLII: Honenuki ni fēdoau~ei :: Eviscerate, to Fade Away (Fade away to water)

wow, this is a lot to talk about, and it took me like a week or two to finish, mostly because i couldnt find the proper way to listen to this the way i like listening 2 music, but lets talk about the music itself, this is 13 hours of some of the harshest, most brain melting noise/sound collage i have ever fucking heard, so many looped samples overlayed over each other, creating an insane noise wall with the first 3 sections, section 1 and 2 are really crazy and loud and dense, section 3 is some of the most beautiful and ethereal noise ive ever heard, i love those little sections where samples break through the barrier of harsh noise and almost harmonize with it, and section 4 is... ok, not the biggest fan of the textures on that one, but i love the 4/4 kicks in some songs on there, and the last section... the last section is this almost hypnotizing looped moaning, all of the songs for the most part focus on one sample, layering it over itself, adding effects, adding other layers of sound, but for the most part the centerpiece of these songs are the looped glitchy moaning, and it sounds boring on paper but in the context of the album its really really good, i feel like this has some narrative of somekind, like theres more to analyze here, the way these walls of sound transition into each other, it tells a story, a cryptic one, like a creepypasta about some weird fucked up hentai that some guy found when he put in the 666 tag on hentaihaven or something. 9/10

XLIII: Fuwafuwa no tomodachi o dakishimeru

after that loud noisy trip through hentai hell with the last album we get a super super quiet release, almost like an interlude of sorts, this one so far resembles BOH the most out of any abtv release so far, its this rlly quiet rumbling that at somepoints doesnt rlly sound like anything at all, i feel like it was "ok" but i didnt even hear it throughout most of the runtime while i was hearing it, and i feel like if i listened to it on its own without vrchat to stimulate me i wouldnt really like this, 3/10

XLIV: Issho ni zonbi-ka pātī

really really boring noise and then a rlly good ambient song at the end, 2/10, this pissed me the fuck off why werent these songs just on the last album

XLV: Faitinguredi no kikan

i gave this a 6/10 before but i relistened to this and this is actually fucking incredible, its so like, layered and theres so much going on and tbh it sounds like heaven 10/10

XLVI: Sentōki no rakka, haiiro de modoru koto wa arimasen

amazing ambient/sound collage album, im a really big fan of this one lol 10/10

XLVII: Utsukushī murasakiiro no dan bōru no hon no pōzā

i am probably never relistening to this one, its some music, and reversed speach, the reversed speech doesnt sound very good. 6.5/10

XLVIII: Janguru kawa no utsukushi-sa

really pretty ambient/fieldrecordings track, sounds heavenly, it rlly feels like im in the cover art. i was reading a book about some guy who gets addicted to giving bitches HIV while listening to this, rlly enhanced the bbook, 10/10

XLIX: Kūchū de no utsukushī jiman

this one starts off nice, and i thought it was maybe going to progress like some of the other abtv releases of this nature, but it kinda just keeps going and its the same thing for 30 min, like, theres some anime diologue heavily reverbed and overlayed but lets be honest, that doesnt sound very good. 2/10

L: Jitaku no pūru ni chakuriku

this one sucks and its just the last one reversed with effects afaik, 0/10

LI: Atsui natsu no nihongohan)

rlly good slushwave u should listen to this now this is the kinda music i wanna fuck and cuddle to 10/10

LII: ポーズの純粋なエクストリームレインボー

rlly rlly good and pretty sounding album 10/10

LIII: Ōrupointo de kābu nashi

boring and kinda bad drone 6/10

LIV: Bimyōna reinbō kansen

this one is ok but wayyy too long 5/10

LV: Zan'nen'nagara, mukashi no kono bikini wa sono yōna mune no omo-sa o sasaeru koto ga dekimasendeshita

this one is cool, and so far is the only one that isnt just another layer of noise in this series, 7/10

LVI: Megane no ue ni magatta kuraku natta reinbō

pretty similar to the last few albums, pretty ok, very forgettable. 6/10

LVII: Baketsu o motsu aoi josei

about the same thing as the last album, its noise and sampled from a random hentai probably, 6/10

LVIII: Watashitachiha kusari hajimemasu

mid

LIX: Raifufējingutoriofōmingu

ass

LX: Genjitsu wa minikui

ass

LXI: Pureimōbiru

very pretty sounding drone overlayed with field recordings of somekind, and the field recordings serve more as a percussive element than just a layer of sound, very pretty and dreamy, comfortable, 10/10

LXII: Sakura no on'nanoko

pleasant nightcore/ambient to zone out to, 10/10

LXIII: Daun pointo roshutsu-do no takai kosuchūmu

im gonna be honest it took me like a week to get through this album, not because its particularly bad its just really long and it has no reason to be as long as it is and it was difficult to get thru, it could have just been the first track or the second track by itself, or they couldve been seperated into two albums, the songs are fun, theyre this sort of weird falling sound and it kinda feels like when ur super fucking high and zooted and u feel like ur floating and falling down an endless void but in a good way

LXIV: Don'yokuna tabi wa tsudzuku

this is some pretty nice and standard ambient if i remember correctly, im writing these reviews after binging quite a few of these albums so memory may be blurry, but i rated it an 8/10 so ig thats the rating

LXV: Reddoribongāru

this is some bitcrushed utopian virtual type thing, most likely music from a vn soundtrack or something she potentially made herself, it repeats the same melody the whole time, doesnt rlly have many changes, but its a nice release to sit back and read to, 7/10

LXVI: Inbijiburugesuto

if i remember correctly its also some pretty nice ambient/field recordings stuff? 6/10

LXVII: Yasashiku ukabu odayakana, beaburisu

so the first track is some absolutely gorgeous ambient/field recordings/sound collage stuff, second track is more of the same, third track starts off a bit strange and eventually climaxes into the most beautiful part of the album, overall this is an incredible ambient album and at 2 hours long its good to sit back and read a book or browse the internet, 10/10

LXVIII: Shinpuson'u~ēbu no fukkatsu

i dont remember this album at all and i was reading while listening to it but tbh i dont think i thought it was that great when i heard it so ill give it like a 5/10 i guess

LXIX: Sūji no yūmoa

ambient/sound collage, its ok, im not even sure if i finished this one cause its just the same fucking shit for an hour and the shit isnt that good, 5/10

LXX: Wa o! Dakara koko ni meidodoresu ga hyōji sa rete imasu

its a bunch of like sounds, looped i think, the same shit for 30 minutes, and the shit isnt rlly that good, and isnt worth noting, its some like, percussive sounds i guess, with heavy reverb because roxy cant not put the reverb effect on smth even if the sample would sound better without it or else she will spontaneously combust, 3/10

LXXI: 電話でキスして

its uhhh, more nightcore ig, i liked these mixes, i think they were very nice, the first part of the second track i really really enjoy, thank you roxy, very cool, 7/10

LXXII: Ā, natsu ga kaettekita...

starts off kinda boring but eventually some very pretty synths come in and it gets really all just 4 u esque, i quite enjoyed this one, 8/10

LXXIII: Murasaki no zōen de dakishimeru / Anata o shōtai suru pinku no gārufurendo (Kore o yonde iru josei)

some really beautiful, almost cinematic sounding ambient, i want to live in this pretty ahh song, and this album is sort of a spiritual sequel to all just 4 u, which ig the last album was meant to segue into, 10/10

LXXIV: Akuapuromōshonfukeshanpū

this one is some visual novel music(i think) and some like, shitty commercial stock music, and some like, moaning, and some parts of this are really good, but theres this stupid fucking ukelele sample that plays like every few minutes that i dont like, 6/10 it was listenable

LXXV: Sore wa subete hada, uchinaru shinjitsudesu

the last album but slowed and reversed, which sounds like it wouldnt make much of a difference but this one is great and a significant improvement over the last, 7/10

LXXVI: Jishin o motte utsu, tōi odoroki

so it starts off with like field recording stuff, and then its kinda like hellish and theres a bunch of slowed and reversed field recording samples, presumably from a hentai, and theres this dark low rumbling bass that sounds pretty nice, and at points nightcore samples are kinda slapped onto it, i was on vrchat listening to this and ill fly with you was playing on a video player and i thought that it was part of the album, the album would have been better if that was actually part of it, some parts of this project kinda sound EAI-ish in a way, and overall i kinda like it, 6/10

LXXVII: Anata ni hikkurikaetta

its a singular sample looped, with effects continously being added onto it, now im not a fan of most abtv stuff like this but the sample for this one was rlly pretty and this album overall was rlly pretty sounding, i was kinda scared of this release being some boring dark ambient w shitty nightcore samples but it actually isnt and this album delivered music as pretty as its cover art, 10/10

LXXVIII: Gyaku sekitsui

alt version of the last album, this one is actually even better suprisingly, i was super scared of this one too lol, 10/10

LXXIX: Summer Nightmare

starts off with some ocean wave recordings, occasionally interrupted by some strange text, not sure if roxy wrote it herself or not, but either way its a pretty nice writing, and im pretty sure its the closest thing there has ever been to a lyric in an ABTV release, and then it plays the song from XXXI but heavily distorted and this time it doesnt have random nightcore samples slapped on top of it, i recently learned that this sample most likely is sourced from the OS2//WARP release "RELAX 1 Hour of Sea Sounds Relaxing Music Easy Listening Calm Ocean Good Music For You Sounds of Beach Enjoy Relax Music Free" which i have a striking suspicion was most likely made by roxy herself, then it stops, there are some weird sounds, the fetish-y writing starts up again, it starts looping, this segment is rlly beautiful btw, and then it plays the sample in reverse while the poetry plays i think and then the album ends, overall probably one of the most eventful releases that ive ever heard from ABTV, theres a lot going on here and a lot to think about once ur done w it, and it never stays in the same place for too long, 10/10

LXXX: Meido ga shusai suru, totemo miryoku-tekina hōhō

starts with some stock music, and then its some field recording stuff, and then its some really nice ambient, pretty standard, 8/10

LXXXI: Burūfurendorī, anata no ue ni nuide

its some fire sounds and sparse percussion, and at one point theres a very very very distant 4/4 kick that you can hear, like someone is blasting some music on their car speakers and driving by your house, and as they drive away you can still hear it cause its so fucking loud, and its just like super faint and in the distance, and at one point my right ear got jumpscared and i thought someone broke into my house and was sitting next to me, 8/10

LXXXII: Watashi no chīsana yūjō, atarashī jindō ni muke rareta

its some like nightcore ambient stuff its not that good 6/10

LXXXIII: Otenbamusume no mizu Kiti de asobigokoro, sentaku-tekina tei hinshitsu

i listened to this one before i started the binge and i absolutely love the cover art for this one, but the music itself is just some like, noise wall, and then some really weird almost indescribable shit going on w neko samples and at one point the happy birthday melody plays which is a reused sample from XXXIX: Furendorīna zonbi to petto no neko , there is noise inbetween the music segments, i remember there being a lot more music on here tho and i remember the music being wayyy more music-y, i cant say i hate this release but it really just has nothing to offer and theres no reason to go back to it, 5/10

LXXXIV: Henpin kijun

releases like these always feel like the calm of this project, just a standard album of nightcore sample flips, rlly rlly good sample flips too, and theres no gimmick, no jumpscares, nothing. starts off w a sample of the tokyo ghoul theme which im pretty sure is a callback to 6 or 7, i think recently in these releases roxy has been reusing a lot of old samples, and im wondering if that has anything to do with whatever story she had playing in her head while making these albums, cause it feels like theres intention and it feels like theres a deeper artistic reason for this and it wasnt just her being lazy, especially judging by the direction the project went in after season 1 ended. although these last few releases were all made in the last like 2 days so maybe im wrong. she rearranges the tokyo ghoul theme and transforms it into a 30min post nightcore banger, second track reminds me a lot of III and its rlly pretty and i could prob dance to this one until i die, 10/10.... im almost there

LXXXV: Burū, burū, subete wa mirai no burūburū

so this one is an ambient release, its pretty good, very pretty and ethereal, at points it kinda reminds me of another abtv but i forgor which one, not much to say abt this tho outside of that since its a pretty standard ambient release for both roxy and abtv as a whole, 7.5/10

LXXXVI: 立ち退きと最小限の検閲

we are finally here, i didnt think id get this far, and honestly i have been anticipating this since i started abtv around november or december, such a beautiful site to see, and after a 2 month break i knew i couldnt just give up, ive spent my whole life not finishing listening projects and making promises i cant keep, but this project rlly called to me in a weird way, this is one of the first abtv releases i ever heard, i remember finding this project thru a boh tribute acts list, and then i saw how gorgeous the cover art was and i knew that i wanted to do this project at somepoint, it almost feels like it was made for me in a way, its something that could only exist and would only make sense within the context of the internet, and i was high asf looking through this project trying to find ones that caught my ear cause i knew for sure there were gems in here, and this was one of the first ones that actually caught my eye, this sort of ominous looking cover with a bunch of nude anime bitches w big titties lined up, i was intruiged and was wondering what this album had to offer, and the moment i started this album i was stunlocked, my jaw was left wide open, i COULD NOT believe that a project this good was neglected so hard by ppl on rym, i could not comprehend the idea that roxy woke up, made this, and then put it up on bandcamp and moved on with her day, i was trying to figure out how the fuck she made this and tbh i still have no idea how she made this, it is so completely different from any other abtv and anything ive heard from roxys other projects, i dmed roxy asking if she had anything that sounds similar and she said she didnt know of any releases, this release is one of a kind and is impossible to replicate. ever since i was little i always loved music when it was rougher, when it was "lower quality" when it had "bad mixing" when it felt like a human made it, i loved art that gave off a sort of "i can make this" kind of energy, i loved vaporwave and i started making vaporwave when i was 10 and got bullied for it, i remember when i was 12 i started making some songs for a soundtrack, id download the audio files at 32kbps and then fuck around with them in audacity and i created some rlly beautiful and haunting music. im gonna stop yapping tho cause im getting offtrack. this album is 33 minutes of roxy glitching low bit hentai samples, and it sounds rlly heavenly, i might not be describing it right but theres like a piano and its constantly being fucked with and stuttering, and then the moaning and fucking sounds are also stuttering, and then some music plays under it, and around halfway through it has this huge drop and it climaxes into this really gorgeous lo fi hip hop/glitch section, samples being stuttered, moaning in the background, this song is rlly nostalgic, i used to listen to a lot of lo fi hip hop when i was like 9-12, and i think part of what i loved about anime break tv receptor and its cover art is that it kinda evoked emotions i had when i was like 10, i remember being 10 with a porn addiction, this is what hentai looked and felt like in my head, the music itself is what sex sounded/felt like in my head when i was like 10 and didnt understand what was wrong w my own trauma cause i didnt rlly even remember it and i would kinda just fantasize about it without even realizing i was fantasizing about my own trauma, sex can absolutely feel like this tho if youre deeply in love with someone, this song is everything i have ever wanted to hear in music, and its also the first time i had ever listened to glitch, and it got me into glitch, unfortunately theres no glitch releases on the same level/energy as this besides maybe smth scotch bx or /f made, but it made me realize that i absolutely fucking love glitch, and this sound ive been trying to seek out ever since i was like 12 was THIS, this album and time wedges ranges and po slots got me to open up fruity slicer and make some plunderglitch of my own, and this project was incredibly influential for me aesthetically and musically, it made me understand what my goal was as an artist and i will always be thankful to this album and this project and roxy as a whole for helping me figure out my shit, this is some beautiful work, and i personally think if youre gonna listen to any ABTV it should either be this or ALL JUST 4 U/PINKU NO HOHO, those two are on a similar level to this one. this project feels like it was made for me, and im thankful its not some gay bullshit about porn addiction and is actually meant to treat porn as art in some form, ive always seen it as an art form and ive never rlly understood the ppl who devalue it and make it out to be worthless and disposable, as all of these worthless and disposable things, to me, were beautiful, and i found value and beauty in this so called "trash", this is a project pulled from the edge of the internet, and tbh if i could give up my body and live inside a computer and live inside this album, i would. 11/10

LXXXVII: Reinbō wa karōjite kakusa rete ori, tokubetsuna tomodachi ga imasu

as a follow up to one of my fav albums ever, is this lil deconstructed club/power noise song, its v repetitive, there are some nice samples sprinkled throughout, its pretty good, 8/10

LXXXVIII: Anata no sakuhin ni sanjigen o dōnyū suru

this one i was scared of and thought i was gonna hate this, but suprisingly this one is really really fucking beautiful, its this little ambient thing with these incredibly strange sounding samples over it, its very very dissonant and its rlly beautiful, and then in the last half it turns into this rlly good tribal ambient thing, i like this one a lot, 9/10

LXXXIX: t@C‚܂ Ƀt@C폜ꂽA؂ɂȂA_E[hɒBAႵ͌URLw肳Ă܂B ēxmF܂悤肢v܂B

its like, an hour of droning noisy horror ambient i guess, lowkey actually horrifying, it sounds like the pits of hell, 6/10

XC: Virtual World

its 6 hours of some like ambient droning, the ambient is dark, and it is infact the length of 6 hours, but tbh the length is very clearly gimmicky and doesnt really serve any purpose, like these sounds are good and stuff but i feel like this release hasnt really earned its length and it feels more gimmicky than anything, like i understand why its this length, these 3 albums are supposed to belike, the big climax of season 1, but im gonna be honest i just had this playing at all times and would check from time to time to see how it sounds, and im sure i will relisten to this in its entirety at somepoint, but right now i rlly rlly wanna get through these albums cause i really want to check out season 2 so im rushing through this trilogy, re reviews will be coming at somepoint tho so expect this part to be updated within the year, overall what i heard of this was rlly rlly gorgeous, and this album is probably like a 10/10, i love the way its constantly building up to the next "drop", and i know this most likely isnt paulstretch but it sounds a lot like it for sure, but yeah, some gorgeous stuff, wonder what the sample is tho

XCI: Virtual Nightmare

if you listened to virtual world you dont need to listen to this one as it is.... almost the exact same thing... but worse... i didnt finish this one

XCII: Virtual World's End

im a completionist but i am not finishing this one ffs its not even good

XCIII: You Suffer

this is a rlly dense and all over the place sound collage, there is some really beautiful and haunting stuff on here, great work, 8/10

XCIV: But Why

its some rlly boring noise and if i wasnt playing a game while listening i wouldve hated this, 3/10

XCV: Bikini Dream

this starts off w some ok ambient and then theres a rlly quiet part, and then theres this absolutely gorgeous part where theres this ambient slushy pad and theres bleeping and wind noises over it, 10/10

XCVI: New Friendly

its an ambient noise wall and i know its bad noise because i forgot it was there while i was fucking someone, 4/10

XCVII: A day at the Beach with some cute Anime girls

this one fucking sucks its poo poo butt bullshit doodie ambient noise wall bad texture 0/10

XCVIII: Rebirth

really mediocre ambient that has some high frequencies. 4/10

XCIX: Notice

a rlly ominous pad with some bird sounds and other textures on it, pretty ok i guess, 5.5/10

C: End

and here we are, the end of season 1, ive been with this project for a few months now and as you can v clearly tell, its one of my favorite projects ever at this point, there are some stinkers but some of these are absolutely gorgeous and should be talked abt more and discussed more, every time i talk abt it ppl get weirdly passive aggressive abt it tho, im glad this project isnt about porn addiction(roxy confirmed it in a discord server), i think roxy is a rlly cool and based person and shes one of my fav artists cause shes not afraid to speak her mind and stands for what she believes in, and her music actually pushes the boundaries of music, this stuff is avant garde, this project would not exist if we didnt have the freedom to rip and sample like we do, this project is full of some of the most boundary pushing and innovative music ive heard, and roxys other projects follow with that, and i will get to her other projects but im getting really into ABTV, i rlly want to live in these albums, i love this stuff, and i love the progression here, even though these last few albums were kinda fucking ass for the most part, i know that roxy probably wanted to end this project with some rlly distant and minimal music, to give it a sort of proper outro, to wrap up whatever vague musical story is being told here. if you know me you know im not a fan of most bull of heaven inspired projects, because lets be honest, some of them are complete fucking ass and they kinda just pump out mediocre drone and rlly low effort bullshit, like the kinda bullshit you know isnt trying to be good, the kinda bullshit the artist probably doesnt really care for themselves, even the bad releases on here i can see someone enjoying and if you like ambient noise wall and such you would absolutely fuck with those releases, i feel like bull of heaven was trying to be good music and it was trying to experiment, and while they occasionally did shitpost a lot of their projects actually were there because they enjoyed them, a lot of these other boh acts i feel dont really get that, and maybe im just being pretentious abt this but like, ive looked at some of the others and i cant help but come to the conclusion that these ppl genuinely dont care about the quality of the music they make and are just making shit releases for the sake of making shit releases. and i feel like anime break tv receptor is actually trying, it has a concept, it has a vague narrative at times, some releases sort of transition into each other, theres a 13 hour long album and its not complete fucking bullshit dogshit music, anime break tv receptor is about something, and its engaging, and its smth i can actually connect with and artistically engage with unlike a lot of these other sort of memey and shitty projects. sorry for going off track there, this album is some fire sounds, some weird sparse electroacoustic ish sounds, and some vague bleeping you can hear in the background at somepoints during the release, its pleasant, and its not the worst thing ever, 7/10.... TIME FOR SEASON 2 BABEYYYYY!!!!

SEASON TWO!!!

Hold me dear, it's coming

this sounds like some ppl fucking on a beach and cuddling as the sun rises, and its really nice, 8/10

S2E1 Dawn of a Dawn of a Dawn of a new Day

ive heard this album like 5 times before getting here and i just wanna say this is one of the best albums ive ever heard and you should listen to it, it sounds like watching the sunrise while listening to lo fi hip hop after cumming in shawty, 11/10

S2E2 [HOME: DAY-ARC (1)] Room Entrance and What The...?!?! You’ve Been So Lazy All These Days?!?

some rlly pretty synths, its almost utopian virtual like? the last few albums have sort of felt like they were transitioning into this sound, and it def feels like theres a lot more of a narrative with these releases, and these releases have been rlly hypnotizing and gorgeous so far, and i fucking love this one, 10/10

S2E3 [HOME: DAY-ARC (2)] Well Okay We Can Hear You Out (Albeit Still Lazy...) ”Come on in Cool Girls!” What Hangout Options Available Activities Today..?

this album sounds like a victory lap after getting fucked over by the world every second youve existed, 10/10
